You have the legal right to cancel as a consumer. A consumer is any natural person who engages in non-commercial or self-employment transactions.

Instructions for exercising your right to cancel

You have the legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason within fourteen days. The fourteen-day cancellation period begins on the day you or the person of your choice receives the order at the delivery address of your choosing. You must cancel your order before the fourteen-day period expires.

Result of the cancellation

We (Second Hand Jewellers) are obligated to return your payment if you (The Consumer) cancel your contract.

This refund includes delivery fees, with the exception of any additional costs incurred if you select a delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery option available from us.

Unless we agree on another refund method, we will refund your money using the same transaction that you used to pay. We will not charge you any further fees for the return.

Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse a refund until we have either received the products or confirmation that you have shipped them.

You must ship the products within fourteen days of being notified by Second Hand Jewellers regarding contract cancellation.

Exceptions to cancellation rights

Piercings on health grounds are not covered by the right to cancel. As a result, earrings and other piercing jewellery cannot be returned once opened.

Please keep in mind that once an order is placed, it cannot be altered. This means you can't change your delivery address, products, or quantities, among other things. However, once the product has been delivered to you, you may return it to us for a full refund.

We can only accept orders from and to addresses in the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and BFPOs, and the international countries stated.

We will email you a confirmation of your order as soon as we can after you place an order online. This email will confirm what you ordered and the price. This is not an order acceptance from us.

When we ship your order, we will send you an email with a delivery confirmation to the email address you supplied. This email signifies our formal acceptance of your order as well as our duty to fulfill the contract.

Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day, subject to stock availability and security checks. Please call us at 0121 272 8515 to ensure next day delivery.

We are not required to accept your order and retain the right to refuse or cancel any order placed. This could happen if, for example, your payment is not authorised or has been flagged as fraudulent or potentially fraudulent by the payment system.
- Payment was made with a card not issued in a country where we ship.

- The ordered items are no longer in stock or available.
- We attempted to contact you regarding your order but did not receive a response within a reasonable time frame.

If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible. Unless otherwise noted, all prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery expenses will be applied to the total price of the products when applicable. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price of the items as displayed at the time you placed your order, plus any additional delivery costs that may apply. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors do occur on occasion. When we process your order, we will double-check the pricing. If the correct price of a product is greater than the price on the website, we may contact you before delivery to ask if you wish to buy the goods at the correct price or cancel your order. If the correct price of a product is less than our quoted pricing, we will charge the lower amount and ship the items to you.

All products are subject to availability, which might change at any time.

Where rough measurements are given, products listed will not be exact size.

All colours are as accurately recreated as electronic methods allow.

Due to the nature of such stones, gemstones and other details may differ in colour from the following product image. We strive to portray the most accurate image of each product, but variations in stones are unavoidable.

We reserve the right to update the characteristics and specifications of our products as needed to comply with changes in UK or EU regulations.

We make every effort to keep our website as accurate as possible, however we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or errors that are beyond our control.

Every item will be delivered in either our own or branded packaging from suppliers.

Not all of our stores carry all of the items listed on our website.

If you want to see an item in person before placing an order, please contact the store ahead of time to check that the item you want is in stock.
